  • What is our refund policy? +

    We are a volunteer organisation that relies on your generosity. If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please call the office on 01252 371199 and we'll gladly help.
  • What payment methods do we accept? +

    We can accept cash, cheque and travel vouchers from Rushmoor Borough Council
  • What sort of notice do you need? +

    Ideally we would like a minimum of four days, but will try to meet short notice requests. However, we are staffed by volunteers and dependent upon driver availability. The best thing to do is call the office on 01252 371199

    We proudly hold the Hampshire Good Neighbour award and several of our volunteers hold Rushmoor and Hampshire Volunteer Awards.
